Nashua Mobile
Nokia E3 Problems

This concerns my mother's Phone.
She took out a contract from Nashua mobile and with that received a Nokia E3. It started giving problems (just went off) end of last year, so we took it in. They then had to send it in for repairs (they said it wasn't the battery, so we kept it). After receiving it back, it wasn't fixed so we took it in again. This time with the battery, it was sent in. When it then came back again, it struggled with signal and constantly said "insert sim card". Every time it goes in for repairs, it takes around 3-4 weeks to get it back. Taking it in for a third time, and them sending it back once again, it was "refurbished" and she received it once again. Now she is with holiday and her phone is not working, it displays different errors.
Every time her phone was sent in for repairs, she borrowed her one friend's old phone - and now her phone bill is R200-R300 more than it usually is, because we had to install whatsapp everytime and while using the other phone, could only make use of sms's. She is a pensioner and I don't think this is fair to her. She can't afford a phone bill that high. Thank you.
