Still no change in billing email address

Referring to my complaint on HelloPeter of 13:52 Mon 15 Apr which was said to have been referred to Nelly, plus my update of a month later in which I vented my disgust at the level of non-service as there has been no commumication, my bills are still being emailed to the incorrect address. I guess Nelly must have left or just does not bother with fixing customer problems. It is no use emailing the customer service address either as I had no luck with this for a few months.
