In the month of August i raised two complaints on Hellopeter re the service level of Cell C as no one got back to me regarding my query re: the billing issue on my account.

Funiwe made contact with me and confirmed that i was over-billed on an account of R130 pm by R816 and that she will address this and revert back to me. I received a whopping credit of R66 to date, for which i am utterly grateful, but i have since emailed this individual twice and have not had the courtesy of any replies to them. I have requested a settlement on the account as i dispize the way Cell C treats their customers but not even that was addressed.

My action will be as follows: Cell C will no longer be allowed to debit my account with ANY AMOUNT until i have what I (as PAYING LOYAL CUSTOMER) want.

It is pathetic to think that this is the 3RD TIME i have to log a complaint through Hellopeter and im just "left in the air"so to speak.

Good luck with anyone who deals with this firm in future and PLEASE DONT SIGN A DEBIT ORDER as it is clear from the above that they just debit whatever the feel like.
