For over a year now I have been trying to get my Cell-C bill emailed to my address. Telephone calls, 3 times on this site, email requests, but still my bill gets sent to another address and has to be forwarded to me. I have been dealing with Nelly and she has insisted that the details are correct, but despite my request for someone with a better understanding of the problem to be assigned, no progress has been made. My resent email to Nelly and the escalating centre on the 8th August has been ignored completely.
