Change address not happening for a month

Hi,

I am moving to a different flat this week and I have been trying to change my address since 2 March. Up until today I have filled the form on myUnisa many times and my address is still the same. My graduation documentation and degree will be send soon and I can't change my address in order to receive them. I have also send an email to study-info requesting this but so far no luck with such a normal request (which has always worked before)

Please assist me in changing my address.
