I am getting rather annoyed with MTN. I was sent a new phone on Wednesday which required a micro SIM.

I have phoned the MTN direct self activation line and done this process twice and nothing has happened with the activation. I have phoned MTN customer service a couple times and everyone gives me a new number and tells me they cant help me and I must wait till the next day between 9 - 5.

I have noticed MTN is very quick to upgrade the amount to be paid on the account but no one seems to be bothered to sort out activating the SIM card.

Thank goodness I wasn't relying on this phone to be activated quickly.
