BBM NOT WORKING IN OVER A WEEK CALLED THE CALL CENTRE EVERYDAY OFF THE WEEK AND THEY KEEP ON CLOSING THE COMPLAINTS WITH AN NOTE OF WITCH THEY CLAIMED THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED
EVERYTIME SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELS AND THEY PROMMISED TO CALL BACK BUT STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL
THEY COULD NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUES WITH THE BBM
SO THE NEXT STEP MUST BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN TO RESOLVED THIS ISSUE
