Ad service ever!
In addition to the report I wrote last week wrt to telkom I still have a business line and internet that is not working. I have been calling their call centre everyday of last week and my query is yet to be resolved. I called last Friday and finally a call was logged that a Technician come to fix this phone. I am still waiting as I called on Friday in the eatly hours of the morning. Telkom had the nerve to send me an sms that they will start billing me on the 11 April when the line was installed - how can they bill me from that date when it is the 22nd and nothing is working. I am so fed up with Telkom right now - its either they come and fix this line or they cancel. My business is @ a standstill cuss I had thought this was going to be a painless procedure however it has become my worst nighmare. Telkom needs to bring a Technician like TODAY and get this phone working.
