My complaint dated 25 July 2013 refers. This is the first time I'm writing a second complaint about the same issue. Normally other companies would have resolved the issue within a month. But this is Telkom, nothing surprising. I again plead for assistance on fault 76CNK260713 which was escalated to ARS 231326.
I call everyday for progress on the issue of slow ASDL speed but all I get is the "technicians are busy". I just a need an update of when the issue will be resolve and what has been done so far. If the technical issues are taking long to resolved then please keep me updated. At least give me a completion date. Will the problem be resolved by end of the month or will it take another year? Please please give me some indication.
Also, seeing that my ADSL speed is half working, can I please have at least half my subsciption fee refunded?
