After my previous complaint I got a great feedback and the problem was figured out very soon, due to the type of problem that my internet was not working I was told I will get a refund and someone will call me in the next 2 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard a thing. I am so tired of calling in to the call centre just to hear that once again the case has been 'resolved' and thrown out without the problem actually resolved. Frustrating! Had this problem since january!!
