I have recently opened a contract for an ipad mini, first month my payment does not get debited. In the same month my ipad gets disconnect. No contact from MTN, I inquired as to what's happen to be told my account was changed to cash! But no one from MTN made contact! After a day of calling into a call centre and someone finally helping me! My bank account number was totally incorrect. When applying I gave all the necessary paperwork needed. My frustration increases when I go to the store where I did the process and the service is soooo slow and no one seems enthuisiastic to do anything. Not happy at all with this service.
