Goodday, to Whom this may concern.
I have had an xperia Z for not even 1-1/2 month, the phone had been bricked on its own,
Sent it in for service around - 3 weeks ago now. the store manager said it could be 2-3 weeks but up to 6.
However why must i pay R509 a month for a phone i do not have?
this is my THIRD phone i have from mtn that has issues, and I've been paying for phones i NEVER have.
I am going on holiday on the 20th and i need my phone back.
Im even doubtful the phone can be repaired, why can i not get a replacement?
I get this is procedure but you know what, my neighbour owns a vodashop, repairs take no longer than 4 days for a client, and thats at the VERY LATEST.
Why must i wait so long?!
I do not get how it can possibly take this long to service a phone.
I pay high amounts every month and this is the service i get!
Not to mention my towers in my area have been seriously having big problems.
My dad and i-both Mtn have been having so many issues trying to make calls the past 2 weeks.
This account is on my dads name but i use it.
Please advise me on what to do, cause if i go without my phone to take pictures I'm going to be extremely ang
