1) charged for sms's to UK and I've never sent anyone in the UK an SMS, Cell C not interested in resolving the matter even though its been brought to there's and Autopages attention that it's an apparent, which I and many others are being charged for.
2) For past 2 weeks or so people try and phone me and 80% of the time it goes to voicemail even though phone is on, on my phone it shows as a missed call without even having rang. When I try calling out 80% of the time it's says call failed, and I thus cannot make calls. Reported to Autopage who promised me an answer within 24h, 48h later and still no reply.
Never had these issues when I was with MTN. Only reason I moved over to Cell C is due to I Phone deal they had in February 13. If I knew this was the case i certainly would not have moved. Luckily I still have my 2nd contract with MTN with whom I've never had a problem.
