My mom has been with Cell C for the moment they "opened their doors". since then she had n problem, when people phone her, her phone just go straight to voicemail like their is no signal.(this happens occasionally / more than half the time - even so, what if there is an emergency and we cant get hold of her, isn't that the reason why people started to get phones? and the best is she have signal!!!) Ever since she changed her phones (upgraded etc) and still the phone does this voice mail thing. Last time that we was at Cell C they told her to get a new sim card (that she had to buy) and the problem will be solved... and still the problem persist. We are also cancelling this contract asap. Cause this cant go on, and life is more important than this! Luckily you can take your number ANYWHERE now, cause that's the only reason she stayed at Cell C.
