Since December it is impossible for me to get reception on my phone inside my house, now it is so bad for the last three weeks its been dropped calls and hanging lines and no reception. The excuse is upgrades are being done. But to the point that i can't use my phone no matter were I am. This is also my second time trying to get cell c to do something about reception. Every time there is an excuse. So here is my question and I would like an answer. The last couple of months I've had a tough time financially not alway able to pay my account on time. But alway paid it. The grace I got from cell c is 0 no matter what my excuse the line was blocked every time. I get it if you don't pay you don't talk. Now What I want to know is this - what is cell c gonna do for me considering that i can barely use my phone at home and every so often while around Pretoria? If I have no reception then make it up to me because I am still the customer here. Your service!! The only reason I am on hello Peter is the fact that I can't even get through to your customer call centre. You need to sort this out and give us answers and solutions!!!
