I've been with Vodacom since 2004, having my upgrades done at Centurion Lake Mall since since 2008.
I've met a staff member in store, Timoney, and I've only had excellent service there since. To be brief, my compliments goes out to the whole store, everyone there is helpful, quick, and professional. I've actually recommended quite a few friends to visit there, and would do the same to anyone needing a cellphone contract, upgrade, or fixing a misunderstanding.
I still haven't met the manager, but if he reads this, thumbs up to you guys.
