WOW IT DOESNT SURPRISE ME - VODACOM HAS 11450 COMPLAINTS!!! I was due for an upgrade Dec 22 months, I went to this store for an upgrade, they had a special on the BB for R99 airtime & BIS, i wanted more airtime R135 so Tian changed the package. now the 24m contract is over & so is my BIS. What Tian forgot to inform me that the BIS is not included. So now i am carrying the cost of R59 extra per month NOT FAIR. I found this unprofessional from the store & staff. The store takes no responsiblity for their careless mistakes of the staff. oh yes by the way, what will i do with a BB without BIS???
i want this matter to be taken further with Vodacom. I will not deal with the store.
