Followed up for at least 6th time to find out why after three weeks i have not heard about my daughters upgrade phone yet, got trough to the most unprofessional person with bad attitude who told me there is nothing he can do as the matter has already been escelated and i must "JUST WAIT"??? when i asked to be transferred to a manager simply he transferred me back into the hunting???
i have been a customer of Autopage for 17 years and have no less than 5 contracts on which i pay App R3000 per month and believe i deserve better - it seems my bussiness is not important enough though
YOU CAN KEEP YOUR UPGRADE I WILL GET MY DAUGHTER ANOTHER PHONE AND CANCELL ALL CONTRACTS WITH AUTOPAGE - I AM SURE THERE IS OTHER BUSINESS" OUT THERE THAT WILL APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS by the way i have been paying for the upgrade already - I WANT THIS RENEWAL/UPGRADE INVALIDATED!!!
