DISCONNECTED ONCE AGAIN

I have been disconnected once again, proof of payment was faxed through and I contacted the accounts department seven times. I have spoken to Teressa, Chando, Ndlalana and Miles who adventually said he had received my proof of payment, but yet my lines are still not connected.

This is the service one receives from Virgin mobile there is no service at all no one knows what they are doing.
