Hi,
3 months ago, my keys was locked in the car. When I called the call centre they could not find my policy and they refused to assist. Then I had to pay for the car to be opened. They said that they will refund me I have called numerous with each one saying that they will come back to me and they still have not called back.
Secondly
My partner recently went through a smash and grab, I ended up losing my ipad in the process. When he called the claims department the consultant said that my ipad and camera was covered by my insurance policy so I should claim one that one. When I called budget they said that that there is no such insurance on any of my portable goods.
Please can someone competent call me about this matter with answers.
