Shocking service / Attitude

I handed my Blackberry 9380 in for repairs at the Davenport Branch in KZN, for the phone not charging. My daughter brought the phone to me showing what had happened, when to my dismay the USB connection had come out with the charger. After 4 weeks, I returned to the branch only for them to tell me that the phone has been made BER (Beyond Economical Repair), with physical damage. This is a load of bull, when it can clearly be that the phone is faulty after only 8 months old. What do I do with a phone that doesn't work, and I have a contract that still has 16 months left. I have requested a new phone only to be told that I wont get one, and if I want to cancel the contract, I must pay over R2000. This, and I hope I never have to deal with Cell C again, hope they go under, with the attitude they have towards there customers.
