I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter before and guess what? Someone from customer services phoned me and the problems are all still the same. My account has been throttled back, I've lost more than R5000 worth of business the last 3 weeks because my line gets cut off because of bad signal and I'm loosing business because of bad internet, I've taken my phone to Tygervally because my battery runs flat before 12h00 everyday and they want to book my phone and charge me!!! What the is going on with Cell C?! I am a paying customer and you get your money every single month and what do I get in return? The worst service EVER!!! I am a!!! I should have stayed with Vodacom but nooooo! I promise you, I WILL get a lawyer to get me out of this contract!
