WORST SERVICE PROVIDER BRANCH 4U THE GLEN

I have been to the Vodacom Store at the Glen Shopping Mall to take out a contract. I requested that my MTN number be ported over to Vodacom and according to Sifiso, this would be done with 24 to 48 hours. One week passed with the number not being ported over. i cancelled the contract and request my number remain on pre-paid. It took this store one week to port my number, by then the contract was cancelled. The next day they deactivated my MTN number and informed me that my number is on pre-paid with Vodacom. They first gave me a pre-paid card for a contract phone, then issued me a pre-paid sim card which the number was supposed to be ported too but was also incorrect. Anyway, after a week one and half weeks my number was active and I assumed that my problems with Vodacom is over, they then go and debit me for no reason. I dont have a contract with them, but they felt the need to debit me as if I am using their service. The store manager felt that even though this was done in the store, its not his problem and I must contact the accounts to resolve. I don't even want to start on the Vodacom accounts department, they provide you a number but you have to try hundreds of times.
