Applied for a mtn contract on 1 June 2013 and was told that they need to perform a credit check and would take 3 working days. I called the mtn call centre twice as i was unable to contact the store due to no body answering. The guys at the call centre told me that they will send a message to the store. Its now 5days and i havent heard from anyone. Is this what mtn calls customer service? Do not make false commitments!!!
