Owing R1800 for cancellation fee but no phone

I went to braamfontein branch and was offered a contract, 2 phones for R59 and I signed the paper, was told that there is no stock and will receive my phones in few days. A week passed and went back, I was told that they made a mistake, I will only get 1 phone for R99. I said I'm no longer interested and will not continue with the contract. I did't take a phone and I get monthly invoices. This guy, Jacob Phakathi told me that I have to pay R1800 for cancellation fee of the phone I didn't take. I have been handed over to the credit bereau and don't get any help from their head office. Very disappointed and hurt by Nashua Mobile and Jacob Phakathi, who now works in Pretoria branch.
