Before opening a contract with MTN in N1 city, I was told first that the credit checks were going to be done so I would be able to get the phone and everything else sorted in one visit. But that was not the case on arrival at the store with all my correct documents, I was told that they have to do the credit check and as it was friday afternoon it would only be sorted by monday or tuesday. That is already enough to make any customer annoyed considering the staff don't know what they talking about. Then today I called the store to follow up on the credit check to see if there was any feedback, I was told a message was gonna be given to the consultant that assisted me to call me when he gets back. So I left a message, waited over an hour only to see a missed call on my phone from a weird number, but the phone hardly rang then the call was dropped. So I decide to phone back and yet again was told that I would get a call back from this consultant as he was busy with a customer. Now last time I checked I'm a customer as well, do I not deserve the same service as the person standing in the store whether I call in or not... This is the service I have every received!!!
