Paying for a Voda contract on a broken phone

I have had my blackberry bold 9900 for 10 months now and for the past months all it has been doing is freezing and losing signal. i have taken it to vodacom as recent as 2 days ago and they assured me that it was fixed. literally 2 hours later, the stupid thing does the same thing. now it seems even worse. i call vodacom and they tell me to take it in for repairs AGAIN?? my phone is still under warranty there should be more options available to me. what's to say that the phone won't keep doing this after the second "repair". out to make money is all they want to do.
