Pathetic service as always (up or downgrade?)

I did an upragde and new application with Chazlin on 28May (CR4486105), was told delivery would be 5-7 working days from 28may. I called back same day to confirm that I would not be available on 31May & 3Jun to avoid delivery being turned back as has happened in past (CR4486608). He assured that he'd put a note "delivery should only b attemped after 3Jun". I called 2 check progress on 4Jun & spoke to Primrose (PM4491054). She couldnt see any of chazlin's notes and told me Chazlin was not in & app was transfered 2 someone else & was only captured on 31May. There4 5-7 days starts on 3Jun. Later she told she could see it was captured 28May but couldnt tell status & would escalate. On 5Jun I spoke to Eric Moleko (EM4492381) who told me transaction was only captured 30May. said he would escalate and someone would call within 24-48hrs. Nobody has called. I called on 6Jun and spoke to Primorose again (PM4493237). She couldnt tell what the status was and said the notes say application suspended (cant remember exact words). She put me through to Lerato who assured she's escalate & call before 10am & gave me her direct number. I called @10h30. no response, I left voice msg.2hrs later-nothing
