Charging me for something I dont have

Hi this is the 3rd or 4th time I want to know why i'm being charged for UNBILLED CALLS when I am still in bundle with voice and data on my contract? Explain it to me in baby steps as this really baffles me? I also have a double device charge after removing my 1GB bundle from my account? How do you just charge ppl for something that they not using? I have one device ONE not two so why am I being charged for TWO? explain yourselves? How does your company just go about charging people for something they never applied for??? On my account pro I have 2 devices being deducted from my account. Please either explain ASAP or forward me the second device asap. Exactly the same device as I currently have a Samsung Galaxy note 2 plz!
I have two reference numbers A130607932, A130607998. If you have the know how please call me because I have spoken to 6 people who have explained that there is no problem until I forwarded a screenshot to them explaining my problem!!!
