I put a complaint on HELLO PETER last week with being charged for two devices. I received a call later that day from a guy at FNB with regards to my complaint. He told me that they investigated and that i only received 1 device and FNB will reverse my money for the extra device which will take 24 hours and that the 1 device will be removed from my bank account in 5-6 working days. Today 25.06.2013 i went into my bank account and FNB charged me again for TWO DEVICES!!! Why? This is totally unacceptable. I don't understand how can FNB link two devices to my account and charge me for two devices when you only allowed to purchase 1 device at a time. I would like this matter to be resolved ASAP as i've been phoning, emailing and still nothing has been done.
