I have a contract with MTN, which was deactivated as it has been handed over to their legal department, the account was settled and I was advised that the line would be active after 7 days, its been almost a month now and the sim card says sim not provisioned I have spoken to several people at the mtn shops as well as the call centre including a supervisor who told me that she would follow up on the matter as the sim was RICA barred.she advised me that she had removed the barring and I should give it another day, to this day the sim is still not active. The customer service at MTN is terrible, they all tell you different things when you contact the call centre do these people even get trained? I should never have ported my number to MTN.
