I AM NOW FED UP WITH VODACOM!!!

Okay so now its reached a month where I have been paying my accounyt but nothing has still come of this!!!.I booked the phone in for repairs over a month ago and in that time I can count on my one hand how much feedback that I have got besides being told its going from one place to another and thats all!!! ITS SHOCKING THE SERVICE YOU CAN GET FROM A COMPANY especially when its such a reputable company such as Vodacom. I have spoken to Rochell in your contact centre on email and she managed to help me but then I got a call from Thato who was of no help to me whatsoever rather telling me im to blame than attending to me query!!! If I do not get a callback within the next 24hours with regards to some sort of feedback to tell me exactly whats going to happen whether or not I will get a repaired from or im going to cancel and make sure that your CEO Shameel Joosub knows of the putrait service levels you guys have within your contact centre because it cant go on like this really!!!
