My grandmother went to vodacom bayside early last week to cancel my contracts that are in my grandfathers name.the amount given to her was just over r7000 which she paid and then the contracts were to be canceld the next day.she was then told that, that, was only the amount for the data contract and had to pay more for the blackberry contract which we refused to pay.we were told by michael, the manager in the store that the accounts department will stand in for that amount as they did not give the correct amount and that the data, which we were told would stay on the contract as prepaid, which was taken away will be put back on.my blackberry contract is still up.an amount of r4500 was deducted from my account on the 3rd with no explanations.i gave no permission for that debit order to be put on.i literally just recieved an automated call from vodacom asking me to contact them with regards to how we are going to pay our arrears.excuse me, what arrears??? Id like someone from vodacom to contact me so I can tell them the rest of the story as there is not enuf space on here to tell everything.i am honestley disgusted, my gran is 70 years old she does not need this stress!!!
