Blackberry Z10 taken in for an update on 30.05 @ 8.58am, also had a small complaint about screen jamming. Made the request that should the Update not sort out the jamming that i be contacted before any further measures being taken. At 4.15pm the same day-after NO communication from them what-so-ever-i phone to see if i can collect. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN SENT TO JHB!! Thier response to my queiry of no communication-"Oh, we can lend you a phone at the cost of R100"Now how is it that i must incure a cost for repairs that i have not been informed of! I ask them if they can supply a phone that takes a Micro SIM-response, NO.They eventually supplied an adaper on 4.06-four days after phone sent away. I'm also then told that the phone has been checked& that it is irrepairable, &that an exchange unit will be sent. This was on Tuesday! I phone again today-as once again i hear nothing from them-only to be told that the exchange has still not been dispatched from JHB.I contact the H/office, &get told the reason for this is that the exchange needs to undergo a quality check! 8 days&counting without a phone that was sent away without prior notification! i'm told that they cant change systems!
