Still no phone

My blackberry started freezing and eventually switched off for good. Took it in on 9th jan. Eventually received call to fetch exchange unit on Tuesday last week. Had refurbished phone for maybe half an hour and it did same. Took back same day to hester and had memory card checked., battery checked, sim swapped and software checked. Was told software that came on phone is corrupt. Update attempted twice and found actual phone was faulty. Sent for re repair. Getting really mad now as I haven't had my phone for almost a month and hester does not keep my updated. Just give me a new phone and get on with it. I paid for it in cash when I got it and now im being messed around. To top it off I bought a blackberry bundle on Tuesday last week that I can't use. Further the duration of the warranty is marching on and it does not begin again with a refurbished phone!
