I bought a Galaxy S111 from Vodacom in the Waterfron - as part of a package worth R24000.00 R999.99) per month over two years.
The phone does not work indoors and I cannot use the phone at my desk. I need to run outside everytime I want to make or receive a call. Vodacom tells me that its a design fault in the phone and that I will have to live with it. i have told them that I intend to challenge this in therms of the consmer protection act and they tell me its not valid or applicable to cell phone contracts.
I cannot accept that I was not given a chance to test the phone - and now it doesnt do the primary job it was intended for - that I must live with a phone that is valued at R9500.00. I would really appreciate your help.
