I thought Telkom actually values their Business an Residential customers!
I had applied for a Telkom home line with ADSL more than a month ago.
When the technician came out to my premises, their needed an external line would need to be laid.
this is over 3 weeks ago and till now no one can give me any solution or alternative to this.
Telkoms service is pathetic
How long must I wait for my phone line and service?
