Last year i was called by Cell C that i owe them money for the contract which i did not take. I explained to Sisa Fatela and he/she requested for an affidavit and ID copy. I did sent the document and he never responded. In April i tried to find out if the issue was resolved and he just said "Cumon this is April" and after trying to ask what happened he promised the issue is being resolved. Now i'm getting calls from debt collectors that i owe them money for Cell C account and trying to contact Sisa. Everytime he/she is on lunch or not in the office. When i call the office they screen customer call. I want this issue resolved as i have never taken an account or contract with Cell C.
