My issue does not get resolved!!!

CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY! I HAVE LOGGED REPORTS TWICE NOW AND CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND YET MY HUSBAND IS PAYING EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR THIS PHONE!!! GET THIS PROBLEM SORTED OR CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND PAY US BACK!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!
