Poor service

I am so disgusted with the service at Mtn, you guys are rubbish. i bought my phone December 2012 just imagine 2012 and we already in 2013, and ever since i bought it, it never worked, took it back for warrenty assesment twice and never get any positive feedback, its forever we will get back to you, but they never do... you didnt give me the phone for free i am paying for it each and every month without skipping a payment ever. how the can i pay for something i dont have or even better never used, i WANT MY MONEY BACK, keep the phone i dont want it any more, if i dont get a responce to this i am taking matters further, you guys make me sick
