UNSATESTFIED WITH REPAIRS

My Blackberry 9360's charger slot broke I took it in the 5th of December 2012 for it to be fixed, even under warrenty vodocom phoned me and said it was physical damage, which i still dont understand, after collecting my phone on the 14th of December 2012, the new part that i paid R570.00 for, however broke that same night upon which i returned my phone the next week on the 18th, and got it back 30min later, but yet that evening the part broke again. So i took my phone back the day after and then the tecnition told me it has to go in for a advanced checkup, and then got my phone back on the 27th of December, it was working correctly for awhile now and evenually broke again the 15th of January 2013, My Bigest question is that if it was physical damage why does it keep on breaking. i expected better service from Vodacom!!! SICK OF SITTING WITH OUT A PHONE as i need it for my business
