Telkom blocked my line for international calls after I requested that they stop billing me for a ADSL line I no longer have, After eight emails and three visits to Telkom Menlyn nothing has been done. This is rather urgent as I have a sister in London with cancer and need to call for weekly updates however due toi Telkoms incompetence and lack of intrest I cannot do so. Further please note that NO ONE requested that my line be blocked from international calls, this was all done via Telkom without authority from my part
