WRONG BILLIN / BAD SERVICE / NO ASSISTANCE

On cell line vodacom has duplicate billed me. I have paid this line's arrears but they insist that I am still owing on call and they handed it over. I know I only have to pay for cancellation of contract R222.77 this was confirmd by legal dept, Alma kruger.
on my data card they refuse to accept a cancellation of contract & have billed me till contract end date of March 2014. which I feel is a rip off, and I stopped paying acc Sep'13 bcos they dont wana accept cancellation.
acc is now handed over to VVM debt collection without any notification to me.
I have been calling Vodacom and VVM debt coll for the 3 days last week spending 90% of my working day on trying to sort this out and get my name off itc listing by settleing the fair billing.
VVM consultants are incompetant, Lazy and not of any assistance!!!
On friday 18/04/13 I have paid the cancellation of contract, data bill till 2014, and legal fees as per values I was given by Alma Kruger (vodacoms Legals Supervisor) for the time being and I now need my name cleared with VVM and unfair billing to be refunded on data line.
