I'M SO DISGUSTED WITH BLACKBERRY

On behalf of a friend, I'd like to approach Vodacom to solve her problem. It is now more than 6 months that she can no longer use her BLACKBERRY. Mrs JM Badenhorst 076 526 0409 renewed her 2 year contract with Vodacom on 2 Aug 11. After about 5 months it started freezing and on 10 Dec 11 she booked it in at Vodacom for repair and for about a year after that everything went well, but then on 16 Nov 12 it started freezing again. Then it was repaired again. She returned it on 26 Nov 12 reporting: Trackpad faulty - scrolls intermittently - very slow - sub booked in her handset last week, did a sim swop, but handset still gives the same problem - freezing. Every time it was repaired under warranty, but since the last repair it came up with the same faults that is when she again booked it in at Vodacom on 26 Nov 12 . Then shortly afterwards it again started freezing and she felt reluctant to again approach Vodacom All though the battery is flat, when you connect to charger the screen comes up, but the track pad does not respond. This is rather a tragic situation because mrs Badenhorst can no longer use her Blacberry. Hope you can assist ASAP!!!
