I am currently an MTN customer. I went in store to Bayside to signup for a 24 month contract (Macbook Pro). I filled in all the necessary forms and was told I'd be notified whether or not I was approved. Knowing that approval is instant, I cannot understand why I have not been notified. I have since tried to contact the store and the phone just rings. I have phoned MTN direct and nobody can track my order. I am further disgusted at how some of the phone operators speak to their customers, it is absolutely shocking!
I would like some sort of explanation as to what is happening with my order as I have signed a contract and am not wanting to pay for something I don't have!
