Pathetic Service concerning new Business

I am one of (What looks like Many) unhappy customers who applied for the contract and the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Cell C did an amazing job advertising very competitive contract prices for the above phone, and I decided to Pre-Order the phone on their site at least 2 weeks before the launch of the phone. I also pre-ordered the phone on MTN's website (Who I am current subscribed to as a customer)
Eventually on the 26 April (when the phone was launched) I decided to phone Cell C since I had heard nothing since my pre-order. (MTN had notified me continually that my pre-order was being dealt with)
I got hold of a very friendly and helpful consultant Gugu who guided me through a telephonic application. She assured me I would be contacted by the following Tuesday (2nd May) to confirm my contract application and order had been successful.
Needless to say - at least 5 un-responded to emails later and numerous calls to find out what was going on (Only to find out on Wednesday 15th May that my application had in fact got final approval and that my phone would be delivered by latest today) I am sitting 3 weeks later without any phone!
Utterly disgusting way to treat new business!
