LEFT ME NO CHOICE Consumer Protection Act Next

Cell C has still not called or gotten back to me with any of my queries. This has been going on Since March. and yesterday another debit order was deducted off my account. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE if my debit orders and more go off on the 15th and now cell c has decided to take more money and help themself to MY ACCOUNT again on the 30th. You took over 1800 in June 15 and now again on the 30. I am so livid. I am not going to leave this and will be taking it further with the CPA. If i dont get my monies back i am sure they will assist with cancelling these contracts as YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT. you have no right to take monies when it suits you from my account. YOU TAKING TOOOOO much every month. THIS IS NONSENCE. no one ever phones or gets back to me and we are in July already. WAKE UP CELL C. I STILL CANT GET THE ITC NUMBER FOR THE PHONE THAT WAS . I STILL DONT HAVE ITEMISED BILLING. I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND FOR CELL C GET IT AND ALL THE OVERPAYMENTS THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING. IM SO SICK OF THE FALSE RESPONSES - SO SORRY TO HEAR WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.
