I used the write to us form on the cell c website a week ago to enquire about moving over to them from vodacom and to retain my number.
I have still not received feedback from them.
Is this the kind of service you always provide?
Is this what I will have to get used to if I want to switch over to you?
I also again now tried to send them another message with the write to us form, but after I got the captcha wrong, the whole form cleared. I am not going to retype my query and all my information every time.
