I have upgraded my existing MTN cellphone contract to the SAMSUNG TV Promo.
I signed the paperwork and 3rd Party TV application forms on April 22nd. I was handed the phone and was informed that the TV would be delivered in about 7 Business days.
I continuously enquired on the progress and kepot being told that the TV will arrive.
On the 5th of June, after a hight of irritation of getting the run around from Mia, i went down to the Bank City Branch and told her to call Bright Point Samsung and confirm delivery whilst i wait. the phonecall revealed that Bright Point did not process the order as they did not receive the 3rd Party TV application forms.
Forms resubmitted on the 5th. Today, June 10th, Bright Point have no TV's in stock so cannot confirm any deliveries.
i am highly irritated. seems like this is the continuous service i recieve from Bank City MTN branch. In June 2011, when opening a new contract with MTN, i had issues with Neo from the same branch who failed to submitt port documentation and the problem was only resolved after a Hello Peter complaint.
