Good Afternoon,
I've been receiving calls from incompetant staff members of Shapiro Shaik. They dont allow me to speak to anyone who speaks more clearly and when I asked to speak to a team leader or manager, they say that they would get their team leader to phone me. I've been waiting for the team leader to phone me since 11 July 2013, then ontop of that the incompetant staff member tell me that for every call they make to me I get charged R19.00.
I need to pay extra on an account for incompetant staff employed by Shapiro Shaik. I want to pay but I can hardly hear what the staff members are saying. this is ridiculous!!! Is the anywhere I can get professional help from?
